SINDY COLOR - JAPONESA AND BRASILENA
SINDY ‘COLOR’ OR ‘SINDY AROUND THE WORLD’ WAS PRODUCED IN THE MID 1970’S BY FLORIDO IN SPAIN. THE TWO DOLLS SHOWN ARE REPRO’S, THE ORIGINALS OF WHICH WERE PART OF A WIDER SET, VERY HTF TODAY.
THE JAPONESA WAS A COMMISSION FOR THE ENTIRE DOLL, INCLUDING PARTIAL RE-ROOT AND FULL COSTUME.
BRASILENA WAS COMMISSIONED FOR COSTUME ONLY, BUT THE DOLL SHOULD BE A BASIC BRUNETTE EARLY SPANISH GAUNTLET, EASILY FOUND (or should i say easier than the original!)

SELECTION OF RE- ROOTED DOLLS CUSTOMERs COMMENTs ? sCROLL DOWN AND sEE!!!!  “I commissioned Helen to reroot first my two maxi mod dolls. She did such a fantastic job. They really did look factory done. I was highly impressed with the care she took in selecting the hair fibre in terms of colour and texture to match the original dolls. The partings too were thatched properly and with great care. I was so happy I asked her to reroot my black Susi doll. This was even more of a challenge as these dolls have rock solid hard heads but Helen proved equal to the challenge and transformed my poor old, scalped Susi into the beauty she now is with her luxuriant long locks... “ ‘Hi Helen - thrilled is an understatement! You are one very talented lady, how did you learn to do them so well?’ ‘She is lovely - I am very impressed with the repro dress too, you are very clever!’ ‘I love it all. The tops are super and Mitzi’s outfit is FAB too! Thank you hun, i’m over the moon with everything’ “Helen’s work allows people to enhance their Sindy collections by owning repro versions of HTF outfits - they are so good that its often hard to tell the difference between her copies and the real deal! helen, you are truly gifted the bag is spot on and i love it !! The Pretty Pose outfit has just arrived. I really am delighted with it, Sindy looks fabulous in it. Thank you so much! Outfit came today, and I am very pleased, you are clever, the outfit is absolutely perfect and I had to send you a photo of my recent reroot TG wearing it.  It was made to measure for her, Sindy is definitely as thrilled as much as I am. Beautiful, beautiful and beautiful. Your parcel arrived this morning and I love the outfits. You know, you really have a gift. I know, because I don't have it but I recognise it when I see it in others. Your work is really clever and the results are stunning.
